Rayonism
Essence
Embracing abstraction, Rayonism transforms everyday experience into an explosion of intersecting rays, suggesting limitless possibility and creative potential. Its optimism is palpable—light becomes both subject and symbol, inspiring a new way to see and construct reality.
Origin story
This movement was short-lived but impactful, appearing at the intersection of art and scientific curiosity. Its exhibitions in Moscow stunned viewers with prismatic, energetic compositions, pushing Russian avant-garde art into bold new territory.
Underlying philosophy
At its heart, Rayonism is about the liberation of vision: empowering artists and audiences to see possibility where others see limitation, and to find inspiration in the unseen forces shaping our lives.
